We visited Western Australia, south of Perth, for week in November 2025. This was the first part of a private wildlife trip organised for my wife Julia and myself by Inala Nature, a wildlife travel company based on Tasmania. Our very knowledgeable guide Cat Davidson had been awarded Australian guide of the year. We started at Cheynes Beach in the Albany Region of the south coast, visiting Waychinicup Inlet and the Stirling Range before moving to Jerramungup and then on to Narrogin from where we explored Dryandra State Forest.
